Lafayette, California care home network Memento Care understands the emotions of moving out of your home. Many of our residents lived in their home for 20, 30, even 50 years. Leaving can be heartbreaking. Sure, you don't have the big yard to maintain or four bedrooms to clean anymore, but no one wants to leave the house where their children grew up. I have a door in my house where we marked the kid's height every birthday; if I leave that door is coming with me.
We believe our care homes help ease the transition. You or your loved one goes from being in a house to being in a house. It's a familiar environment. I don't know of any house that has a chapel, commercial kitchen, ten different hallways, or a huge dining room. When you can no longer live in your home, let us take care of you in ours.

About Memento:  Memento Care Homes combine the intimacy and personal attention of small residential care homes with the services, training, and amenities of a large organization.  Small Homes...Large Resources - that's Memento Care.  Memento Care Homes are located in Northern California including Lafayette, Walnut Creek, Alamo, Danville, Concord, Pleasant Hill, Orinda, Moraga, and San Ramon areas.  Please visit us at for more information.
